Meet our Doctors

Dr. Cameo Thorsen, DVM

Dr. Thorsen is a highly experienced veterinarian who graduated from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987 and specializes in small animal medicine. With almost three decades of dedicated veterinary service, she has established herself as a trusted and compassionate professional. Dr. Thorsen’s love for animals extends beyond her practice, as she shares her life with a Golden Retriever named Sasha, a Chihuahuas named Toby, and a cat named Frankie. Her commitment to animal welfare and well-being is reflected not only in her profession but also in her personal life. Beyond her work, Dr. Thorsen finds joy in pursuing hobbies such as crosswords, crafts, antiquing, and thrifting, as well as cherishing quality time with her beloved dogs and her husband, Curt.

Dr. Anne Deppe, DVM

Dr. Deppe, a 1991 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine, has been an integral part of the Faribault Veterinary Clinic since 1993. At home, Dr. Deppe shares her life with two dogs - Roxie, an Australian Cattle dog, and Krystell, an Australian Shepherd - as well as three charming cats: Resse, Peanut Butters, and Nutmeg. Her passion for animals extends to her family's dairy farm, where she actively participates in calf management. Furthermore, she is an avid reader, baker, gardener, and beader. Dr. Deppe's deep-rooted love for animals and farms mirrors her family's commitment to the agricultural way of life. Her husband, Bernie, tends to Milking Shorthorns on their dairy farm, while she immerses herself in calf care. Her two children, Amelia and Anthony, (now all grown up) were actively involved in 4-H and FFA, reflecting their family's dedication to farming and agriculture.
