Covid-19 Information

As of August 2020, we are currently not taking any new clients.  As we all face Covid-19, we have seen an uptick of new clients, and an increase of new pets. We are trying to best serve our current clients, so we apologize for not being able to service everyone. We will update this page as soon as we can take on new clients again!



You may now join us inside the building for your pet's appointment. If you are a current client and have an appointment with us, your appointment will look as follows:

  • Ideally, 1 to 2 family members (with exceptions).
  • Per CDC recommendation, those who are vaccinated may be unmasked, but unvaccinated individuals please wear a mask.
  • Come indoors to check in for your visit.
  • Please try your best to maintain social distancing.
  • Curbside service may still be requested, please call to check in and inform the staff member who answers your call.


If you are picking up a prescription:

  • Please call ahead of time to refill a prescription (507) 334-2068
  • You may still pay via phone and pick up your medication in our pick-up bins or pay in the lobby once here.
